CPS Design Guideline Quick Reference (pdf format 505 KB)

CPS uses SolidworkssolidworksTM for 3-D design, AutoCAD for 2-D design and CAMWorks to generate NC Code to produce all process tooling. This enables CPS to control the key product tolerances of all dimensions.

CPS uses SolidsWorks for design

machining center In addition to design control, the CPS machine shop, incorporating state-of-the-art machining and inspection equipment, fabricates all necessary molds, casting dies, and measurement fixtures and machines product features as required. This capability provides control over key product tolerances and permits rapid product development and production scale-up.

CPS also has ultrasonic inspection capability employing a GE Panametrics LSC Ultrasonic scanning unit for NDE internal inspection which is used to evaluate welds, verify the position of internally located tubing, and for high performance thermal heat spreading materials like pyrolytic graphite and CVD diamond.
